Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website and any of the services offered by Oraya Beauty Lounge (hereinafter referred to as “Oraya Beauty Lounge”).
Oraya Beauty Lounge owns and maintains the website (www.orayabeautylounge.ae), all of the contents (texts and photos) in it, the software applications, backend platforms, and the services offered. By using the website or any of the services offered by Oraya Beauty Lounge, you agree to abide by the entire Terms and Conditions listed below. If you do not agree to any of the terms, we recommend not continuing to use the website.
Any reference to “user”, “customer”, “you” or “your” is any individual or company using this website and the services offered by Oraya Beauty Lounge. Our head office is located in Dubai, UAE, and we may extend services to other countries in the future. Your data collected from the respective country will be maintained only for use within that specific country and will not be shared elsewhere.
The website and all the services are only offered to persons above 18 years old. Minors are not allowed to register or use the services.

1.4. Data Collection
We collect two types of data from the website – Cookies and Personal Identifiable Information (PII). We may also collect data during your visit to our salon. Data other than cookies are only collected to provide services and will not be shared outside Oraya Beauty Lounge. All PII is securely stored with limited access to authorized staff only.
1.4.1. Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
To use our services, you may be required to provide contact information such as:
- Your name
- Email address
- Mobile number
This data is used solely for service provision and will not be shared with any third party.
1.4.2. Cookies
We use two types of cookies:

- Analytics/Tracking Cookies: Used for tracking performance through third-party platforms like Google and Facebook. These do not contain PII.

1.7. Copyright and Restrictions on Use of Content

2. Collection of Information
By registering with Oraya Beauty Lounge – online or offline – you agree to provide accurate personal information and allow us to use it for service provision. We may contact you using your provided email or phone for updates and booking details. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time.
3. Payments
Payment for services is due at the time of completion or during the course of service. Payments can be made via secure Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, or Cheque. All payments should be made to Oraya Beauty Lounge.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Multiple last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a 50% non-refundable deposit requirement for future bookings.
5. Age and Child Policy
Clients must be 16 years of age or older to receive treatments without adult consent. Children under 9 years old are not allowed in the salon unattended for safety reasons.
6. Client Punctuality Policy
Please arrive on time for appointments to ensure full service time. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or rescheduling. Clients arriving late will still be charged in full for their scheduled service.
7. Down Payment Policy
Clients booking full hair makeovers are required to pay a 50% down payment after consultation. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking are non-refundable.
8. Gift Card Policy
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. Services may be exchanged for an alternate service of choice within the validity period.
9. Additional
- Limitation of Liability: Oraya Beauty Lounge shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
- Health, Allergies & Responsibility: Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or medications prior to treatment. Oraya Beauty Lounge will not be responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions.
- Service Modifications and Refusal Rights: Oraya Beauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior or presenting health/safety risks.
- Intellectual Property: The name “Oraya Beauty Lounge” and associated logos are trademarks and may not be used without written permission.
- Website Use Disclaimer: While we strive to keep information accurate, we reserve the right to correct errors, update pricing, and cancel bookings as necessary.
